Leaving procedure

  1. Bring completed and signed Transcript of Records (document of faculty of Education), Declaration of Departure form to our International Relations Office.
  2. Based on this document, our International Relations Office will give the student Confirmation of Erasmus Attendance, confirming the date of the student´s arrival and departure.
  3. In case the student got an ID card from the Foreign Police Department, he/she can either take that card back to the police or bring it to our office. The card must be returned.
  4. Transcript of records will be sent to the student by regular post as it takes some time to get it ready.
  5. Inform the dormitory manager about date of your departure.
  6. Return all the borrowed books to the library and to your friends.
