Professional characteristics
My research lies in the intersection of phliology, ancient history, and theology. My publications mainly deal with papyrology, early Christian textual material culture, as well as textual criticism and editing. In 2016, I completed a PhD at the University of Cambridge (Peterhouse), focusing on the transmission of the New Testament in general and of the Book of Revelation in particular.
Presently, I am engaged on an edition of the Greek underwriting in Codex Climaci Rescriptus, an important Sinaitic palimpsest, as part of the project "Biblical Greek Texts in Codex Climaci Rescriptus: A Complete Edition Based on Multispectral Imaging," funded by the European Union through the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic" under the state aid scheme to support research, development and innovation within Component 9 of the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic No. SA.106633, scholarship for excellent R4 researchers.
