He completed his university education in the field of social work at Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra. After completing his doctoral studies at the Institute of Romological Studies, he began working as a field social worker in the city of Hnúšťa,
where he worked with residents of marginalized communities. As part of his doctoral studies, he focused on the conditions of national labor mobility of residents of marginalized Roma communities. During his doctoral studies, he participated in a foreign
internship. He worked in the organization KaskoSan, where he had the opportunity to work with Roma families who went to work in Great Britain, specifically in the cities of Oldham and Bradford.
In addition to working and studying the conditions of cross-border labor mobility, he also collaborated with a local community center where Roma families from Slovakia had the opportunity to meet.
He continues to actively cooperate with the field social work office.
